Gnocchi
- Kosher Salt
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 3 large russet potatoes
- 1 large egg
Brown Butter & Sage
- 1/2 cup butter
- Bunch sage leaves
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- Freshly ground pepper
Pork Tenderloin
- 1 pork tenderloin
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
What you’ll need:

- 1 baking dish
