Gnocchi

  • Kosher Salt
  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 3 large russet potatoes
  • 1 large egg

Brown Butter & Sage

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • Bunch sage leaves
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • Freshly ground pepper

Pork Tenderloin

  • 1 pork tenderloin
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
